A special broadcast called for POKKÉN TOURNAMENT aired on NicoNico on Octover 31st, 2016. The broadcast was hosted by voice actress Ruriko Aoki, Arise Satō and Masaaki Hoshino from Bandai Namco Studios. It was revealed that Gureggru will be a playable character when the update goes live on the arcade version of the game.
