Starting on August 20th, 2020, the Pokémon Store Korea will begin selling a physical Nintendo Switch game case with the DLC code inside for the Pokémon Sword and Shield Expansion Pass DLC. In order to play the additional DLC content, players still need a copy of Pokémon Sword or Shield. The game case does not include a physical copy of the game or the DLC.
