Toshiyuki Morikawa is a Japanese voice actor, narrator and singer and he is the head of the Axl one talent agency. His official Twitter account is: @moriax291. He is most known for his role as Sephiroth in Final Fantasy.

It was announced on November 8th, 2022, that he tested positive for COVID after having a sore throat. He received medical treatment and was under follow-up observation as per the guidance of the public health center and medical institutions.
