A professor who teaches Chansey in the skills it takes to be a Pokémon Nurse and maybe go on to work in a Pokémon Centre. She holds classes in bandaging and improving Chansey's Sing ability which is used to lull restless Pokémon patients to sleep. Although primarily a teacher of Pokémon nursing she found that one year she had a human in one of her classes called Jessie. Jessie was good at the bandaging class but could not stay awake when the Chansey were using their Sing ability. Jessie eventually dropped out of the Nursing School when she realized that she was not suited to the class.
