Biography
Masae is a resident of Pallet Town that told Professor Oak that the Pokémon Monthly magazine had an article about Lugia but Professor Oak was more concerned about finding the missing starter Pokémon. He asked Masae not to tell anyone about the problem at the lab but she announced it over the radio.
