Carlita is Damon’s younger sister. She is also a Pokémon trainer that competed in the Harvest Festival battle tournament in Eindoak Town. She quickly defeated Cilan with her Hydreigon, but was defeated in the next round by Ash Ketchum and his Scraggy. When Carlita and Hydreigon looked as if they were going to win, Victini helped by lending power to Scraggy, who then defeated Hydreigon.

After losing, she befriended the gang and told them about the history behind Victini. They also befriended Victini and Carlita helped attempt to save it from Damon’s plan to use its power.
