Biography
Kaili's Vaporeon is the evolved form of Kaili's Eevee. As a professional surfer, Kaili would always take his Eevee with him to both training sessions and competitions. Kaili's Eevee loved the sea, so it occurred to Kaili one day that he should try surfing with Eevee on the board and he gave it a Water Stone to evolve it.
