Biography
Amer is a Pokemon Hunter who was staking out a Gyarados in the Kanto region. He had been trying to use bombs that looked like Qwilfish to very slowly weaken the Gyarados so he could catch them and sell them for profit. His plans were thwarted by Brock, Cilan, Nurse Joy, and Officer Jenny.
