Blanca is Dot's mom and Murdock's younger sister. She came to check up on Dot on the Brave Asagi after contacting Friede because the other two weren't answering her texts. She agreed to let Dot go on the Brave Asagi on a trial period, hoping that she'd grow up a bit while she was there.

Murdock considers his sister to be an "interesting character" as she always gets carried away and just as she's about to go to far, her Lycanroc stops her. She gets very worried about Dot and is ten times more concerned about her than the overly protective Murdock. Unlike her daughter, she gets very excitable.
