Biography
Roy's Father and Roy's Mother are sailors that worked on the seas just off the island where they live in the Kanto region. They used to let Roy ride on their boat while they worked but they had to leave on a long voyage, so they left Roy with Roy's Grandpa. Roy has a family picture of them on his Rotom Phone.
