Julian is a cool but blunt boy that hurt his knee while rollerblading with his friend Lucas_TOON. He meets Gogoat, a taxi Pokémon that has a mysterious scar on its forehead, and his everyday life changes forever as it takes him for a ride as it jumps over rooftops, runs up buildings, and goes to the city's hidden magical places.

Together with Gogoat, Julian embarks on an amazing adventure where he learns that he had been too harsh in his response to his friend when he got hurt. He apologizes to his friend as they both get on Gogoat and quickly head to school before they are late.
