Bozly is Meg's uncle. He is a warden at a Safari Zone. He took over the job after his father and her inherited a hat from him. The Luck took it from him and wore it on its head and for years he was trying to get the hat back.

He put up a wanted poster in the Safari Zone but no one was able to catch it for years. His niece was curious about the relationship between Lucky and her uncle, so she decided to venture into the Safari Zone alone to find it. She found out that the Lucky had been helping her uncle all these years in the Safari Zone and he finally realized that with Meg's help. He apologized to Lucky and it returned the hat to him.
