Paxton is the main male protagonist of Pokemon Legends: Z-A. Traveling to Lumiose City with only a bag to his name, he meets up with Taunie, who ends up giving him a tour around the city. Paxton winds up taking an extended stay at Hotel Z, and joins Team M-Z, a group of fellow young adults protecting Lumiose City from harm, and working to get the name of Hotel Z out there.

Throughout his adventure, Paxton takes down rogue Mega Evolved Pokemon, completes the Poké Dex for Mable, participates in the Z-A Royale all the way up to A rank, and protects Lumiose City from being destroyed by Ange.
