Summary
The second Black and White special features a brief retrospect of the Pokémon anime series from its beginnings until the present day. In addition to information about the new anime series, young children from around the local Tokyo metro area dress up as their favorite Generation V Pokémon and showcase some of their talents on stage. Rica Matsumoto makes a guest appearance and sings the new Black and White OP "Best Wishes". Rica is in good vocal shape, although she messes up some of the lyrics and is flat in some places (Best Wishes is in Ab Major/F Minor and she does not sing all of the Db5's in the verses, substituting them with C5's instead). After Rica's performance, there is one more montage of what viewers can expect in the new anime series.
