Summary:
Liko is being chased by the Explorers, a group that's after her mysterious pendant. She's rescued by Friede, who shows up out of the sky with his Lizardon, but she can't really trust him either... He takes them to his crew, the "Rising Volt Tacklers", and the blimp they ride, the "Brave Asagi"!!
