Pokémon Champions Is Coming to Nintendo Switch in April 2026
Get ready to start battling. The highly anticipated Pokémon Champions will be available to download on Nintendo Switch systems in April 2026! A variety of details were revealed during the latest Pokémon Presents and even more can be found on the Pokémon Champions website. Players who download the game before a certain date will be able to claim a Dragonite from their in-game mailbox.
The Mega Evolution fun hardly ends with Dragonite—you can obtain even more Mega Stones for Pokémon that Mega Evolve in Pokémon Legends: Z-A! To commemorate the release of Pokémon Champions, an in-game campaign will be held whereby players can receive Chesnaughtite, Delphoxite, Greninjite, and Floettite stones.
By storing the Chesnaught, Delphox, Greninja, and Eternal Flower Floette you befriended during Pokémon Legends: Z-A in Pokémon HOME and bringing them to Pokémon Champions as visitors, you can obtain their Mega Stones from your mailbox in Pokémon Champions.
More Details on Pokémon HOME
By linking Pokémon Champions to Pokémon HOME, you will be able to bring certain Pokémon to Pokémon Champions as visitors, as well as send visiting Pokémon back to Pokémon HOME. If visiting Pokémon know moves that can’t be used in Pokémon Champions, they will have to learn new moves via training. If you train visiting Pokémon in Pokémon Champions and return them to Pokémon HOME, they will retain those training results when returned to Pokémon Champions, unless they return in a different form.
Please note that only Pokémon that appear in Pokémon Champions will be able to visit from Pokémon HOME. Also note that Pokémon obtained in Pokémon Champions cannot be sent to Pokémon HOME. Aim for the title of Champion alongside Pokémon you’ve befriended thus far in Pokémon Legends: Z-A, Pokémon GO, and other titles in the Pokémon series!
