Pokémon Sleep has announced that a Latias Research will be held at the beginning of April 2026.

Event Notice: Latias Research

Beginning April 2026, we will be holding an event—Latias Research! You can exchange samples of Latias Down that you collect during the event for Latias Incense. You can use Latias Incense to research Latias’s various sleep styles!

Pokémon with the Skills specialty will be particularly effective during this event, so we recommend raising your helper Pokémon with the Skills specialty to get ready!
