Pokémon.com has announced two new pieces of information on the upcoming movie Pokémon - Arceus and the Jewel of Life.

A new ad has been placed on the main page of Pokemon.com advertising information about 'Spiky Eared Pichu' with the tag line: "Look closely... What Pokémon could it be?". 'Spiky Eared Pichu' is the tentative English name for Jagged-eared Pichu. The special Pichu is featured in the current Diamond and Pearl ending, the latest Pokémon games HeartGold and SoulSilver and it also plays a roll in the 12th movie.

Information about the air date of the 12th movies English dub was also announced on Pokémon.com. The movie is also tentative scheduled to air sometime in 2009.
