While I'm not as hugely interested in every minor detail revealed about HGSS as certain other people, I found this playthrough of the first areas of the game rather interesting. Sure it's not overly different from the originals, but there's still enough new things there to make it a good preview. The new Pokethlon events introduced also looked very fun, and the rerun episode is a great example of an episode that manages to make a lot out of what little plot it had with tons of funny moments all the way through.

In a way, I didn't like how much they went through the intro of the game. That was a bit too much of a spoiler in my opinion. I wish they just sticked to features rather than a walkthrough. The new Pokethlon events do look quite good.
