Excellent animation, and in addition, they`re use of foreshadowing at the end of the episode for Fukamaru`s interest in going with Satoshi was a good call. I found it quite interesting how it acted so independantly, despite being wild, battling against the Rocket-dan on it`s own, ect. I`m a bit surprised that Jun will be competing for Fukamaru, but judging from the very last scene in the preview, it appears Satoshi gets it. The fact that Jun would attack and try to capture Fukamaru when it`s clearly interested in Satoshi feels like he`s just needlessly getting in the way to me, though xD Can`t wait for next week`s episode.

Character Bios written:
- Grandma Tatsu: Grandma Tatsu is an old woman that lives in a forest near Asatsuki Town. She is based off the Move Tutor who teaches the powerful Dragon-type move Draco Meteor to trainers' Dragon-type Pokémon in the Gen IV Pokémon games. [The Move Tutor lives in Route 210 in Diamond, Pearl and Platinum, and in Fusube City in HeartGold and SoulSilver and can only teach the move to Pokémon that have a maxed out friendship meter.]

Satoshi and his friends met Grandma Tatsu when they got lost in a forest while heading to Asatsuki Town for Hikari's next Pokémon Contest. They noticed Grandma Tatsu's Tyltalis' Draco Meteor attack and rushed towards the site they saw it come from. When they reached it, they saw Grandma Tatsu training with Tyltalis in perfecting Draco Meteor. After successfully avoiding getting hit by the falling meteors that came from Tyltalis' attack, Grandma Tatsu introduced herself to Satoshi, Hikari and Takeshi, and explained to them that the move they had just witnessed was Draco Meteor, a powerful Dragon-type move she can teach to trainers' Dragon-type Pokémon. She also informed them that the area near her house is out of bounds to people and Pokémon, because nobody knows where a Draco Meteor attack, that comes from Pokémon who haven't mastered the Dragon-type move yet, will land.

During their conversation, Satoshi and his friends asked Grandma Tatsu to let them watch her train with Tyltalis so they could see how she teaches Draco Meteor to Pokémon, and she agreed to do so. While they were training, though, Rocket Gang appeared and stole Tyltalis. Satoshi and Hikari, along with Takeshi who was carrying Grandma Tatsu on his back, went after them, and were at last able to catch up to them. After defeating Rocket Gang in a battle, with the help of Satoshi's Fukamaru (who was still a wild Fukamaru at the time), Satoshi and his friends managed to reunite Grandma Tatsu with the Tyltalis she was looking after. Grandma Tatsu then said farewell to Satoshi and co. and also gave them advice on which route to follow in order to reach Asatsuki Town.

Grandma Tatsu also has a really good relationship with the wild Fukamaru that was living in the nearby forest (that would later get caught by Satoshi). She was the one who introduced it to Satoshi and his friends, and was later able to calm it down by petting it, so that it would stop biting on Satoshi's and Pochama's heads. She told Satoshi and co. that it had shown up before them because it must have taken an interest in them.

- Grandma Tatsu's Tyltalis: Grandma Tatsu's Tyltalis is a Pokémon that Grandma Tatsu is training in learning Draco Meteor. When Satoshi and his friends got lost in a forest en route to Asatsuki Town and Hikari's next Pokémon Contest, they noticed Tyltalis' Draco Meteor attack in the sky, and rushed towards the site they saw it come from. When they reached it, they saw Grandma Tatsu training with Tyltalis in perfecting Draco Meteor. After successfully avoiding getting hit by the falling meteors that came from Tyltalis' attack, Grandma Tatsu introduced herself and the Tyltalis she was training to Satoshi, Hikari and Takeshi, and explained to them that the move they had just witnessed Tyltalis using was Draco Meteor. Grandma Tatsu praised Tyltalis' skills while talking to Satoshi and his friends, saying that she was sure Tyltalis' training would be over soon and that it had almost mastered the powerful Dragon-type move.

Later, Rocket Gang showed up during the training session Satoshi and his friends were watching, and stole Tyltalis from Grandma Tatsu using a plastic capsule. Satoshi and Hikari, along with Takeshi who was carrying Grandma Tatsu on his back, then, started chasing after them. While Tyltalis was seperated from Grandma Tatsu, it tried to escape on its own by using powerful moves, such as Ice Beam, to break the capsule it was trapped into. Even though it managed to break it, Rocket Gang found a way to stop it from escaping. In the end, though, Satoshi and co. managed to catch up to them, and after they defeated Rocket Gang in a battle, with the help of Satoshi's Fukamaru (who was still a wild Fukamaru at the time), Grandma Tatsu got reunited with Tyltalis.

Tyltalis is shown to have developed a really strong bond with Grandma Tatsu, even though it's just a Pokémon she is training in learning Draco Meteor and it doesn't belong to her. This is clearly shown when Grandma Tatsu got really upset after Rocket Gang stole Tyltalis from her.

- Satoshi's Fukamaru: While it was still a wild Pokémon, Satoshi's Fukamaru used to live in a forest near Grandma Tatsu's house. When Satoshi and his friends went by there, it showed up, because according to Grandma Tatsu, it had taken an interest in them. When Satoshi tried to greet it, though, it started biting on his head. It was later calmed down by Grandma Tatsu and left to go back to the forest.

It came back when Grandma Tatsu was training with Tyltalis in perfecting Draco Meteor, after Satoshi and his friends asked her to do so, so that they could witness how she teaches the special Dragon-type move to Pokémon. It showed that it was trying to learn Draco Meteor too, after it had been watching Grandma Tatsu practice with Tyltalis all this time. However, it had problems launching a successful Draco Meteor, and even though it also practiced with Satoshi in perfecting the Dragon-type move, his attack just kept failing and hitting Pochama all the time.

It later appeared before Satoshi and Hikari when they were chasing after Rocket Gang, but, instead of showing them a shortcut to the mountain the evil team was heading to, it led them to a tree which had numerous berries it kept munching on. It then reappeared as Satoshi was falling from a cliff, and saved him from falling down. Satoshi then hang on to it, and Fukamaru helped him reach the top of the cliff.

Fukamaru also appeared before Rocket Gang, and started eating their Tyltalis-looking mecha out of the blue. It later engaged into a battle with Musashi's Habunake, but it was quickly worn out by using a powerful Dragon Pulse attack which Habunake managed to dodge. However, when Satoshi and co. finally caught up to Rocket Gang, it joined them in battling against the evil team, and even managed to launch a successful Draco Meteor attack. It was later proved that this was just a one-time thing, though, as the next attempt at a Draco Meteor led to an unsuccessful attack landing on Pochama again. After the fight, Satoshi and his friends said farewell to Grandma Tatsu and Tyltalis and left the forest, unaware that the Land Shark Pokémon was following them.
