Ticket sales for the latest Pocket Monsters movies Victini and the Light Hero - Reshiram / Victini and the Dark Hero - Zekrom (ビクティニと白き英雄レシラム / ビクティニと黒き英雄ゼクロム) reached 3 million on August 14th, 2011. The movies dropped to 5th place in box office sales in their 5th week according to eiga.com's ranking.

SKE48 members Seira Satō (佐藤聖羅), Akane Takayanagi (高柳明音) and Anna Ishida (石田安奈) were on-hand at a special presentation at TOHO Cinemas Nagoya Bay City location. In commemoration of 3 million ticket sales, a Victini and Pikachu made of macarons was unveiled. They contained 5053 macarons and it took 15 staff members from 8am the day before to finish them from foundations they started work on three weeks earlier. Below are a few pictures from the event.

it really sucks im seeing how much the 2 made so far and it looks like it might make less than the 13th movie which is sad then again idk why they release the movies at around 350-370 screens
