Jump Festa 2012 (ジャンプフェスタ2012) is being held at Makuhari Messe in Japan December 17th and 18th and a booth at the event has revealed the new game Pokémon + Nobunaga's Ambition (ポケモン+ノブナガの野望). The game will be released on the Nintendo DS in Japan in 2012 and it is a RPG crossover game between Pokémon and Nobunaga's Ambition. The game takes place in the Ranse Region. An imageboard thread of pictures from the booth has been created.

Well um.. wow that is really interesting for a spinoff game i like what i see hopefully i can buy it when it comes out over there.

Hm.. looks like another mystery dungeon game. I can't wait :)
Also, why is there a Mewtwo? He wasn't even cloned yet...

I'm not quite sure what to think about this game yet... looks kinda weird.
But why on the DS? First they release a e-shop/WiiWare game as full-price retail (the Scramble game) on 3DS, then they release this... on DS, 10 months after it's been replaved by the 3DS. Doesn't make much sense to me, though I believe it's still too early to say that for now.

I wonder if and when this will get localised in Euope/USA.

Uh, no, they didn't. Ransen Pokemon Scramble and Super Pokemon Scramble are completely different games, the latter being far far more involving.

I'm not saing they're the same, just that the latter really could've been released as an e-shop title (10€ or so), rather than a full-price retail game. Would've made more sense to me.
