The official Japanese YouTube page has updated and has uploaded the 'How to Play the Pokémon Card Game DVD' to their list of available videos to watch. The video is in Japanese and is approximately a half an hour. The clip is a good introduction to the game.

I watched this video yesterday evening, and even though I'm not exactly fluent in Japanese (what an understatement...), I was still able to get most of what they ere explaining.
I think I now understand the basics of the game... it's way less complicated than I imagined. It'd be great if they made more videos like this one, but showcasing more advanced aspects of the game.

And this video also reminded me of the time where I actually collected Pokémon Trading Cards... even had a couple of really rare ones. It'd be great to have this 'Starter Pack' available outside Japan (is it?).
