Pictures from the August 2012 Corocoro have revealed Genesect (ゲノセクト), the Paleozoic Pokémon. Genesect has been known since information from the rom was extracted from Pokémon Black and White but this is finally the official reveal of this Pokémon. Genesect is National Dex #649 and Isshu Dex 2 #300.
Genesect will be distributed in Japan on the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection and Nintendo Zones for players of Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 from August 11th, 2012 until September 14th, 2012.

Well, I'm quite surprised they 'revealed' it so early, I wasn't expecting them to do before a few months or so...
But then again, it makes sense they'd try to build on the momentum of both BW2's release and Movie 15.
It's almost guaranteed it'll feature in Movie 16, so I presume the Genesect they'll distribute then will be a special version.
