In November of 2012, the Kanto starters were distributed to players of Korean versions of Pocket Monsters Black, White, Black 2 and White 2. Isanghaessi (이상해씨), Pairi (파이리) and Kkobugi (꼬부기) will once again be distributed but this time only for Korean versions of Black 2 and White 2 via Wi-Fi. The distribution is from February 14th, 2013 until March 31st, 2013. There will be three distribution periods: February 14th, 2013 until February 27th, 2013, February 28th, 2013 until March 13th, 2013 and March 14th, 2013 until March 31st, 2013. Players will be able to receive one egg per game during each time period. Below are the details of the starters.

Isanghaessi: False Swipe, Block, Frenzy Plant and Weather Ball
Pairi: False Swipe, Block, Blast Burn, Acrobatics
Kkobugi: False Swipe, Block, Hydro Cannon and Follow Me
