In the December issue of Nintendo Power, a Pokémon Dream World was revealed. It unlocks Winter/Peppermint themed items in your Pokémon Global Link Dream World House. The promotion runs until March, the 1st, 2012.
The password is: NP WINTER.
Please note that the password only works in the United States. No information on a possible release in Europe/Japan.

Actually, the Winter Décor for the PGL is also available in Europe, though it does not require any password. You just need to go the promotions page, click on the Winter Décor promotion, and click on 'Submit'.
