Biography
Kaili was the winner of the Marine Athletics Race in Lilycove City in the Hoenn region. He is also former classmates with Chrysa and she was able to setup a meeting with Chloe Cerise so they could learn more about his Vaporeon.
As a professional surfer, Kaili would always take his Eevee with him to both training sessions and competitions. Kaili's Eevee loved the sea, so it occurred to Kaili one day that he should try surfing with Eevee on the board and he gave it a Water Stone to evolve it.
