リコたちは黒いレックウザの目撃者が住む町へ。現れたのはぐるみんファンのニャビ子。だがリコたちがライジングボルテッカーズだと知ると態度が一変。バトルをすることに！ぐるみんの元に、黒いレックウザの目撃情報が入る！目撃者の住む町にやってきたリコとロイ。現れたのは熱烈なぐるみんファンのニャビ子。しかし、リコたちがライジングボルテッカーズだと知ると態度が一変。バトルをすることに！ニャビ子が繰り出したのはガオガエン。マスカーニャとのタイプ相性は不利だが…どうするリコ―！？

Liko and the others go to the city where a Black Rayquaza eyewitness lives, where they find the Gurumin fan "Nyabby Girl". However, Nyabby Girl's attitude changes completely when she learns Liko and the others are members of the Rising Volt Tacklers, and a battle starts!Gurumin receives an eyewitness report regarding the Black Rayquaza! Liko and Roy go to the city where the eyewitness lives, where they find the passionate Gurumin fan "Nyabby Girl". However, Nyabby Girl's attitude changes completely when she learns Liko and the others are members of the Rising Volt Tacklers! A battle starts, and Nyabby Girl sends out a Gaogaen, which Masquernya is at a type disadvantage against... What will Liko do?!
