A special Program gift segment (番組プレゼントのお知らせ) aired during the original broadcast of this episode. Professor Okido explained that there was merchandise of Tornelos, Voltolos and Landlos, who appeared in the broadcast available for viewers. Ten people got a set consisting of pajamas and socks each, while ten got a set with lunch-related merchandise. The winners of the presents were be chosen via lottery. Viewers were asked to write their name, age, address, telephone number, as well as the present wanted and send it in.

He also introduced the Pocket Monsters Best Wishes data broadcast which took place in 2012. Viewers could push the d-button on their remote control and participate in the data broadcast. They could choose their own Pokémon and fill up their battle gauge by watching the program. If the gauge was full, they could have Pokémon battles. If they choose a super effective move, they could get Pokémon and register them in their personal Zukan.

In order to commemorate N's debut in the TV series, a quiz was held at the end of the episode. Viewers would be given phone numbers correlating to the 3 possible answers to the question, and would call the one they thought was correct. Those who called the correct number would be entered in a lottery where 5 winners would be given a set of various N-themed merchandise.

Okido then announced to viewers that it had been decided that an event celebrating the premiere of the movie would be held! Incredibly, 1,000 groups of two, so 2,000 people in total will be invited! Also, a great clash against a mysterious Trainer named Corni and her Lucario! On top of that, they showed tons of footage of new developments within the anime that revolve around the mysteries of Mega Evolution as well as lots of new information on the movies!

Professor Okido introduced the upcoming collaboration between the Pokémon anime and The Pokémon Tretta: The upcoming set would feature two Master Class tretta based directly on characters from the anime; Satoshi's Pikachu and Serena's Yancham.
