Biography
Shinya Owada is a Japanese Actor and narrator that is affiliated with the talent agency Horipro Booking Agency. He is a huge Pokémon fan and a frequent guest on Pokédoko, portraying Principal Cyano in person on episode 184 and 188 who he also voices in the main anime series. Owada is well known for his love for the Kuwassu line. Pero the Kuwassu was his starter in the first Pokémon game he ever played.
