Biography
Kenji Utsumi was a voice actor and actor who founded the talent agency Ken Production, which represented him alongside many other Pokemon voice talent. He was married to fellow voice actress Michiko Nomura until he died on June 13th, 2013 at 3:01 PM of peritoneal cancer at the age of 75. He was most well known for playing Senbei in Dr. Slump.
