Hiryutoukai is a small Japanese animation subcontracting studio which has been active and named since 2024.

Its members are animators all around 髙木啓明 (Hiroaki Takagi) and many of them including Takagi himself originally worked for スタジオワンパック (Studio Wanpack).
Before the studio's first appearance in 2024 on the anime Mission: Yozakura Family, these animators all just often appeared on episodes or projects on which Hiroaki Takagi worked on in important roles such as Storyboard / Episode Director / Action Animation Director / Animation Director / Action Director.
