SCANDALの結成10周年記念ベストアルバムにして初のセルフタイトル。2008年のデビューシングル「DOLL」以降全23枚のシングルと7枚のアルバムから、ファン投票で選定した34曲を収録。さらに、ベストアルバムにしか収録されない新曲2曲を収録した、全36曲2枚組。完全生産限定盤にはアパレルブランドCandy StripperとのコラボTシャツ、初回生産限定盤には2016年9月に8カ国10都市をまわった初の単独ヨーロッパツアーの密着映像を収録したDVDがそれぞれ特典として付帯。さらに、ベストアルバムを引っ提げての47都道府県ツアーが3月よりスタート！Contains 34 songs selected by fan votes, from all then 23 singles and 7 albums since their debut single "DOLL" in 2008.
Spanning a total of 36 songs across 2 discs, including 2 new songs that are only included in this "best" compilation album. The limited production edition comes with a collaboration t-shirt with the apparel brand Candy Stripper, and the first press limited edition comes with a DVD containing close-up footage of their first European tour, in which they toured 10 cities in 8 countries throughout September 2016.
This self-titled compilation includes "Yoake no Ryūseigun" which was the ending theme for the film "Hakai no mayu to Diancie"
