Biography
During the Sinnoh Grand Festival at the Lakeside Resort, it was revealed during the Appeal round that Kenny had a Floatzel. It was entered into that round with his Empoleon but Empoleon's Luster Cannon proved to be too powerful for Floatzel to handle and it resulted in Kenny not advancing to the next round.
