Biography
Sparky's Jolteon was showcased to Mikey so that he would decide to evolve his Eevee into a Jolteon. Meowth suggested that they evolve Mikey's Eevee into a Jolteon after seeing Sparky's Jolteon. During the battle against Team Rocket, Sparky's Jolteon was unable to defeat them.
