Biography

Jinny's Milotic (Feeby) is the evolved form of Jinny's Feebas (Feeby). Meowth attempted to steal Feeby but it started to evolve. It protected Jinny and fought off Team Rocket's Carvanha.

It probably also knows the moves Twister and Water Gun as moves that look like them were seen during the battle with Team Rocket but they were not officially identified.
