This Cleffa was owned by Tiara and her mother ever since she was born and a baby. One day, Cleffa disappeared. Tiara's mother explained that it became a star, as the Pokédex claims Cleffa may be a reincarnation of one. It's heavily implied that it died. It "turning into a star" made Tiara befriend Unown and make a town in Johto have endless nights as to see it again.
