Biography
Goh's Cloyster was caught in the Seafoam Islands in the Kanto region. Goh was traversing underground when he spotted Horace in a battle with a Cloyster. He joined the battle with Cinderace and then threw a Poké Ball with an Excellent throw to capture it.
