Biography
Rika is one of Paldea's Elite Four members, serving as the first of four and specializing in the Ground type. She also serves as the Pokémon League's receptionist, and conducts an interview with the player and other budding champions to make sure they are ready for the task of being Champion before even fighting them. She calls the player "kiddo".
