Kenji Ebiwara is a Commercial Planner for Mitsuhashi Advertising and a former colleague of Kageaki Hiyama. He participated in the Tokyo Short Film Contest with Syo Sawamura and they won the Special Jury Award. He praised Hiyama, who got the second place prize with Madoka Akagi.
