She and her team also wanted to find out if there's any truth to the claims about Kabuto oil. {{Char=Nurse_Joy}} explained that legend has it that the oil from Kabuto shells not only brings good health but it can make people live forever.
PXTV Reporter - The {{Char=PXTV-Reporter}} was on the island where they Kabuto expedition team was looking for Kabuto fossils. She was interested in TV ratings and commented on all the unusual events happening to the team which she later found out was being caused by {{Char=Umberto}}. She accompanied the expedition team and reported on their findings throughout the day.
{{Char=Umberto}} told the {{Char=PXTV-Reporter}} that if the expedition team disturbed the Kabuto fossil then the moon would turn red and the island will sink. After hearing what {{Char=Umberto}} had to say regarding the Kabuto fossils she ignored him and continued filing the expedition team.
Unfortunately for her, once the Kabuto revived from their fossils they managed to destroy the camera that her filming team had used to record the news report. She also stated that the report would have been more exciting than her two-part special report on Kadabra's spoon removal. She managed to escape from the island and she decided that it would be best if the Kabuto were kept secret.
Umberto - {{Char=Umberto}} lived on an island where there were many Kabuto fossils and he believed that should the fossils ever be disturbed the moon would turn red and the island would sink into the sea.
When an {{Char=Ex-Team}} led by {{Char=Joy}} arrived on the Kabuto island, {{Char=Umberto}} tried to ward them off the island by attempting to make boulders fall on the team. {{Char=Ash}} managed to track {{Char=Umberto}} down and he admitted that he was not trying to harm them, just warn them off. He told them the prophecy of the island which stated: "When the scavengers arrive, the moon will glow an angry red. The land itself will vanish and be swallowed by the sea! When the sea comes to swallow you, flee to the forest." {{Char=Joy}} did not believe the tale of the red moon and continued looking for the Kabuto fossils.
After the {{Char=Ex-Team}} disturbed the fossils the moon turned red and the Kabuto island began to rumble and shake. The team did not have time to reach their boats so {{Char=Umberto}} told them to build rafts from the trees on the island and he managed to sail away from the island along with {{Char=Ash}}, {{Char=Tracey}}, {{Char=Misty}} and the {{Char=Ex-Team}}.
