Beyond Home Entertainment has announced the Australian release of the 14th Pokémon movies in a Bluray combo pack. The dual movies were previously released individually in DVD format only. The Bluray release will see both movies bundled together in one slim case with a recommended retail price of AU$29.95. The combo pack is set for release on 5 September 2012. There does not appear to be any North American Bluray releases for Pokemon on the horizon. Its unfortunate they aren't doing a box set like Japan.

Weren't they supposed to be released on Blu-Ray first, back in December 2011?

Indeed they were. http://www.pocketmonsters.net/article/1134 but they seemed to have problems getting the masters but it seems it still ended up being in 2012, albeit a bit later then they initially intended.
