The official Pokémon Shuffle website announced a few new events taking place this week. The Mythical Pokémon Arceus is finally here to dazzle Pokémon Shuffle with an ultra-challenging stage featuring even stronger Pokémon for players to take on! The special stage where Arceus appears will be available for a limited amount of time between July 10th, 2015 at 06:00 UTC until July 24th, 2015 at 06:00 UTC.
The Mega Lucario stage is coming back for a third time due to its popularity. This stage should be available between July 13th, 2015 at 06:00 UTC and July 20, 2015 at 5:00 UTC. The top 30,000 in North America, top 15,000 in Europe and top 65,000 in Japan qualify for the Lucarionite. All players that tried this stage are awarded one Jewel if they didn't get the Lucarionite and all that had it from the previous competition get 2 Jewels.
Details of these events have been added to our event page.
The official site also listed a strategy to defeat Arceus and below is that information.
Arceus Stage: Recommended Pokémon
Arceus is a strong opponent! You'll need to bring out the best you have to face it. Fighting type-Pokémon will strike hard against the Normal-type Arceus.
Mega Lucario: Mega Lucario’s Mega Effect can clear all of the Pokémon up to five rows above and up to five rows below itself when a match is made. This can allow you to rally when you’re faced with nonstop disruptions! Mega Gengar is also recommended, even though it’s not a Fighting-type Pokémon, because of how quickly it can Mega Evolve.
Lucario can be obtained in Expert Stage 3 and Lucarionite can be obtained as a prize in competitive stages like the one that begins on July 13, 2015.
Sawk: The Power of 4 skill boosts damage dealt by 50% when you make a combo of four Sawk! Throh (obtainable in Stage 98), has the Power of 5 skill. However, it may be tricky to line up five of the same Pokémon in a stage where you face so many disruptions! In this case, Sawk can be a better ally. Sawk can be obtained in Stage 99.
Mienshao: Mienshao has the Hitting Streak skill, good for utilizing its high attack power. Trigger this skill repeatedly, and the damage will just keep going up until it reaches a maximum of 200%! Mienshao can be obtained in Stage 110.
Conkeldurr: It’s hard to reach Conkeldurr, but it has a staggering attack power of 70! This is one Pokémon you want on your side. Conkeldurr can be obtained in Stage 198.
