Akagi-san has constructed a lot of buildings around the Sinnoh region, including the local library. Little does Satoshi and his friends know that Akagi-san is the leader of Ginga-dan and he is after the legendary sphere, the Lustrous Orb. What is the secret hidden in this orb? And what are Akagi's true motives? Can Satoshi and his friends protect the Lustrous Orb?
