McDonalds Japan has announced that their Happy Set from June 28th, 2019 until July 25th, 2019 will be Pokémon themed and there will be 4 toy distribution periods during that time to promote the 22nd movie "Mewtwo Strikes Back Evolution".


1. June 28th, 2019 until July 4th, 2019 - Pikachu Ball-and-Catch Game | Mewtwo goes around! Air Spinner
2. July 5th, 2019 until July 11th, 2019 - Pikachu Double Spinner | Pikachu Attack Roller
3. July 12th, 2019 until July 18th, 2019 - Catch and Count Monster Ball | Monster Ball Disc Shooter
4. July 19th, 2019 until July 25th, 2019 - 6 Different toys "Mewtwo Strikes Back Evolution"

Pokémon Quiz and Sticker Book:

On June 29th, 2019 and June 30th, 2019, a Pokémon Quiz and Sticker Book will be distributed while supplies last at participating McDonalds locations. All McDonald's stores in the Hokkaido area will give them out on July 6th and 7th, 2019.

Happy Set Box:

The limited run Happy Set box for this Pokémon promotion features a picture of a Monster Ball at the front and Pikachu, Mew and Mewtwo from the movie "Mewtwo Strikes Back Evolution" on the back.
