On Friday March 6th, 2020, Pokémon Center Mega Tokyo powered up even more and will have its grand opening! Pokémon GO Lab., Pikachu Sweets by Pokémon Cafe and the Pokémon Card Station are all part of the redesign.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Grand Reopening Resheduled: Due to the the coronavirus (COVID-19), the original date of the Grand Reopening of March 6th, 2020, was postponed and was rescheduled to April 2020.

TOUCH THE POKÉMON Campaign

To commemorate the opening, from March 6th, 2020 to March 29th, 2020, the TOUCH THE POKÉMON Campaign will be held. There is plenty of fun, such as Pokémon greetings, sticker gifts, and new items will go on sale! In addition, on March 20th, 2020, an event will be held at Sunshine City Fountain Square! More details on that event will be announced on Friday, March 6th, 2020, so please look forward to it. Enjoy the new remodeled Pokémon Center Mega Tokyo!

Pokémon will appear every day at Pokémon Center Mega Tokyo. Detailed information will be announced later on Pokémon Center Staff Voice website.


(2) Original Sticker Gift!
Post photos in and around the Pokémon Center Mega Tokyo with the hashtag "#メガトウキョー" (#MegaTokyo) on Twitter and Instagram and if you show the post to a staff of Pokémon Center Mega Tokyo, you will receive an original sticker on the spot. You can get different stickers depending on where you posted. There are a total of 12 types of original sticker patterns, so try to get all of them!

* Stickers will be distributed only at Pokémon Center Mega Tokyo.
* Distribution of stickers is limited to one per person per day.

Pokémon GO Lab

Pokémon GO Lab., the world's first official Pokémon GO space, will include a life-sized Professor Willow, Team Instinct Leader Spark, Team Mystic Leader Blanche and Team Valor Leader Candela. Please come and visit the "Pokémon GO Lab."

Pokémon Center Mega Tokyo Merchandise

A new line of merchandise will be sold at the Pokémon Center and will be available starting March 6th, 2020. Lots of Pokémon and trainers gather in a gorgeous spring park. It looks like they're enjoying their time around the fountain. Items you'd want to use every day, such as flat pouches and mini totes will be available! Items limited to the Pokémon Center Mega Tokyo will also appear in the future. Some of the items will also be available on the Amazon.co.jp Pokémon Store starting on March 14th, 2020 with pre-orders starting on March 7th, 2020 and are denoted with a （★） in the items list.
