Nintendo has released the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon Adventure Gang WiiWare Series today on the Japanese WiiWare shop. Players can download each game separately for 1200 WiiWare points. The games were developed by Chunsoft.
Each game uses 188 blocks of space but can be stored on an SD card instead of the internal Wii memory. Players that have purchased more than one version of the game, the game detects compatible save games from other versions and allows player to transfer save games with any other version of the game to access different Pokémon.
The game can be controlled just using the WiiMote, but its a lot easier to use a Nintendo DS. The DS can sync with the Wii and allow players to use it as the main controller. Moves can be selected on the touch pad.
A Mew event will be starting on August 8th to August 18th. Players must have the WiiConnect24 option enabled on their Wii as well as have an active Internet connection. Players must have progressed far enough in the game to be able to get Mew as a companion.
