Welcome to the latest revision of PocketMonsters.net! To celebrate the release of Pokémon HeartGold and Pokémon SoulSilver Versions, we decided to launch the latest version of the website. All of our previous content is still here with a few more enhancements as well as a ton of new features.

We recommend that you use an up to date browser like: Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Opera when viewing the site. Older versions of Internet Explorer are not supported and we suggest that if you want to use Internet Explorer that you update to IE8.

Pokémon Ranger: Paths of Light (ポケモンレンジャー 光の軌跡) also launched last week in Japan. We have added a lot of information about the game to our database.

We will be constantly updating and adding new features to the website and we will be sure to post news about them. Content is also added on a daily basis throughout the site. Some features are still being worked on and will be enabled when they are completed. Be sure to message JDS and thank him for all the hard work that he has done in programming this site. Also a special thanks goes to Lugia010719d1 for making the banner for the site last year.

Some of the New Features:

• English TCG Dex - Covers all the English sets. Special thanks to RavenKinghand, PPNSteve and Evil_Trainer for all their hard work with the database and PokeSafari and Serebii for providing the card scans.
• Discussion Forums - Discuss the various aspects of the Pokémon franchise. Be sure to read the Forum Rules before posting. Spamming, trolling, complaining and generally annoying users will be banned from the site for not following rules. This will be strictly enforced.
• Enhanced Imageboard - Users can post their Pokémon related images and they are archived for all to see. Please remember to source all images and be familiar with the Imageboard rules.
• User Profiles - Clicking on a username throughout the site will bring you to their profile.
• Private Messaging - Send a message to a registered users of PocketMonsters.net
• Event Calendar - A calendar listing important events on a particular day.
• Anime Character Database - List of all the Anime Characters. A special thanks goes to Gremolin for his relentless work helping create database entries for the characters.
• Games Section - Information about all the main games.
• CD Database - The CD Database now has 30 second audio preview clips for all the tracks. Corresponding music tracks in the Episode guide also have the previews. Thanks goes to BigCN401 and Dragon for their work with the sample.
• Global Search and Nav Bar - Global search is great for finding content in PocketMonsters.net's database. The red nav bar at the top of the site also lets users know where they are on the site at all times.
