The Pokémon Trading Card Game Starter Set ex Marie's Morpeko & Ohlonge ex (スターターセットex マリィのモルペコ＆オーロンゲex) and Starter Set ex Daigo's Dumbber & Metagross ex (スターターセットex ダイゴのダンバル＆メタグロスex) will be released in Japan simultaneously on Friday, February 21st, 2025 for 1,800 yen each (tax included)!

The 60 card pre-built decks include damage counters and other battle essentials, a paper playmat with a picture of each trainer and a coin, so you can start battling right away! These product are full of charm, containing a wealth of cards that even trainers who are active in competitions can use as well as new "Trainer's Pokémon" cards such as Marie's Ohlonge ex and Daigo's Metagross ex!

Starter Set ex Marie's Morpeko

Marie's Ohlonge ex: The Ability Punk Up allows you to attach up to 5 Basic Darkness Energy from the deck to your Marie's Pokémon as you wish when you evolve a Pokémon from your hand! It has a powerful move Shadow Bullet that can attack the active battlefield Pokémon and also a Pokémon on the bench at the same time. It is a very powerful Pokémon ex that can also support other Marie's Pokémon.

Marie's Morpeko: The more Darkness energy you have attached to it, the more damage you can inflict with the Spiked Wheels move! Combine it with the Punk Up Ability from Marie's Ohlonge ex to inflict massive damage!


Spiketown Gym: This stadium card allows each player on their turn to add Marie's Pokémon from their deck to their hand! Add Marie's Pokémon to your hand to achieve the strategy you are aiming for!

Marie's Morpeko: Marie's Morpeko is also available as a full illustration card! The card depicts Morpeko sitting on a neon-lit fence on a street, with Marie watching over it!

Starter Set ex Daigo's Dumbber & Metagross ex

Daigo's Metagross ex: With the Exboot Ability, once during your turn, you can select a Basic Psychic Energy and a Basic Steel Energy from your deck and attach them to your Psychic or Steel Pokémon any way you wish! If you use this Ability to attach two Energy to itself and also attach an Energy from your hand, you can immediately use the powerful 200 damage Metal Stomp move! This Pokémon ex can also support other Pokémon, expanding the range of your strategy!

Diago's Melecie: The Ability Stone Palace can reduce the damage that Daigo's Pokémon receive from the opponent's Pokémon by 30! This makes it harder for Daigo's Pokémon to be defeated!


Stone Cave: This Stadium card reduces the damage to all Daigo's Pokémon by 30 from attacks from the opponent’s Pokémon. Combine it with Diago's Melecie to further increase durability!

Daigo's Dumbber: Daigo's Dumbber is available as a full illustration card! It shows Daigo and Dumbber smiling at each other while on a journey under the clear skies!
