Wakana Yamazaki was a Japanese voice actress affiliated with the agency AONI PRO. According to a notice posted on the front page of the official AONI PRO website on May 15th, 2026, she been undergoing medical treatment for some time, but unfortunately passed away on April 18th, 2026, after medical treatment proved ineffective.
